Livingston International is seeking a remote Trade Analyst to support Global Trade Management. The role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, screening, and post-entry activities.

You will work from home on a day shift and interact with clients and partners to ensure accurate regulatory compliance. We value strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow in trade compliance and consulting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to obtain refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors for clients.
• Use Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor changing priorities from clients, US Customs and regulators.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and client.
