Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst to join our Global Trade Management team. This role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, screening, and post-entry activities within a fully remote schedule.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to manage corrections, ensure compliance, and analyze import/export data using Trade applications. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to obtain refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor and adhere to changing priorities by clients and regulators.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and liaison with Livingston staff, clients, brokers, freight forwarders and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
