Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Analyst to support our Global Trade Management group. This fully remote role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, and post-entry activities, with Monday–Friday daytime hours.

You will handle corrections, refunds, and regulatory queries while collaborating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience, a High School/GED (preferably with a Bachelor’s), and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to ensure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors for clients.
• Analyze import/export data using Trade Applications & Software.
• Adhere to changing priorities from client, US Customs and management.
• Research missing forms or information with suppliers and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston staff, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvements.
