Job summary

The Trade Analyst role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, and post-entry activities while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The position is fully remote, Monday to Friday day shift, with a minimum of 3 years’ related experience and a HS/GED (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• HS/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred
• Remote position with day shift
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client requests
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs
• Resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients
• Analyze import/export data using Trade Applications & Software
• Adhere to priorities from clients and regulators
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers and clients
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston stakeholders
• Contribute to process development and improvement
