Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst for our Global Trade Management group. This fully remote role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, and post-entry activities for North American clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience and a High School/GED, with a Bachelor's preferred. The position offers weekdays daytime hours and opportunities to collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal

Qualifications

• A basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Work within deadlines set by Customs.
• Closely monitor corrections to receive refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor changing priorities as required by clients and regulators.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and interact with Livingston employees, clients, brokers, forwarders, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
