Job summary

Livingston International is hiring for a fully remote Global Trade Management professional to support post-entry operations and compliance. You will handle classification, brokerage operations, restricted party screening, and vendor performance management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. 3+ years of related experience and a High School/GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to identify issues and escalate as needed.
• Ability to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Adapt to changing priorities from clients, US Customs, and management.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston staff, clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvements.
