Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a remote Global Trade Management specialist specializing in classification, brokerage operations and post-entry support. You will work from home across Monday to Friday, handling entry corrections and regulatory compliance for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience, knowledge of import/export processes, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Ability to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client requests.
• Monitor corrections for refunds from Customs.
• Manage regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use trade software to analyze import/export data.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, carriers and Livingston staff.
