Job summary

Livingston International, a leader in customs brokerage and international trade services, is seeking a Global Trade Management professional for a fully remote role. You will support classification, brokerage imports/exports, post-entry operations, and vendor performance management from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of corrections, regulatory compliance, and data analysis using standard trade software.

• Ability to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor and adhere to changing priorities as required by clients and regulators.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and interact with Livingston colleagues, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
