Job summary

Livingston International is hiring a Trade Analyst for a fully remote position. You will support global trade operations including classification, brokerage, screening, and post-entry tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, timelines, and customer service across US locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in trade operations, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative mindset. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries within deadlines set by Customs.
• Monitor corrections to obtain refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors for clients.
• Use trade software to analyze import/export data.
• Adapt to changing priorities from clients and regulators.
• Research missing forms with suppliers and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with partners.
• Support process development and improvements.
