Livingston International is seeking a remote Global Trade Management professional for our Post Entry function across the United States. The ideal candidate has knowledge in classification, Brokerage import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post entry claims and vendor performance management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Required: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Closely monitor corrections to receive refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor and adhere to changing priorities as required by the Client(s) and regulators.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and client.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston staff, clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
