Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file corrections to entries within Customs deadlines.
• Monitor refunds from Customs and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use trade software to analyze import/export data.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
