Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a remote Global Trade Specialist to support post-entry operations within our Global Trade Management group. You will work on classification, brokerage imports/exports, restricted party screening, and vendor performance management in a fully remote, day-shift role.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of related experience and a High School/GED or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent required; Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests within deadlines.
• Monitor and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients; coordinate with customs.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data; communicate with clients and carriers.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients; respond to inquiries.
