Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client requests and deadlines.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use trade software to analyze import/export data.
• Adhere to changing priorities from clients and regulatory bodies.
• Research missing forms with suppliers and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
