Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure import operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

You will own import entry audits and strengthen customs processes while partnering with cross-functional teams and brokers to improve data integrity and reduce overspend.

Responsibilities include HTS analysis, data dashboards, and scalable tools to support global trade operations.

Qualificações

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP forms is preferred.
• Strong HTS knowledge and country of origin understanding.
• Adept at identifying documentation and duty calculation errors.
• Experience working with brokers and importer of record requirements.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and automation for compliance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Validate PSCs, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Support accuracy of HTS classifications and resolve complex issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers to improve processes.
