- Minimum 10 years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Experience leading transformation and operational excellence.
- Strong executive communication and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Total Rewards function across compensation and benefits.
- Develop an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned with priorities.
- Partner with Talent Experience & Development to connect performance, recognition, rewards.
- Build cross-department partnerships to align Total Rewards with enterprise priorities.
- Provide strategic leadership for benefits and employee experience.
- Assess future capability needs and recommend enhancements.
- Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, and incentives.
