Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Total Rewards to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This leader will shape a global rewards strategy that supports business priorities, strengthens the employee value proposition, and drives a consistent experience across compensation and benefits. The role will partner closely with Talent Experience & Development and other enterprise leaders to connect performance, recognition, and rewards. It is a highly visible opportunity to influence organizational transformation, operational excellence, and employee experience at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global Total Rewards function, providing strategic leadership across compensation and benefits.
  • Develop an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and the employee value proposition.
  • Partner with Talent Experience & Development leaders to connect performance, recognition, and rewards into a cohesive employee experience.
  • Build partnerships across various departments to align Total Rewards with enterprise priorities.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the benefits function, ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
  • Assess future capability needs and recommend enhancements for the Total Rewards function.
  • Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, and incentive programs.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards within complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in leading organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and change management.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to enhance business outcomes.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing abilities with strong executive presence.
