Constructor is seeking a results-focused Talent Acquisition Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and product roles. You will source, engage, and close top talent across North America and beyond, shaping candidate experiences that reflect Constructor’s values and culture.

In a fast-moving remote environment, you will partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, manage interview logistics across time zones, and continuously refine recruiting processes

Qualifications

• Proven success hiring for technical roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and product roles
• Source and engage talento across North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC
• Provide high-quality candidate experience reflecting Constructor''s values and culture
• Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria and success profiles
• Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on pipeline progress and metrics
• Manage interview logistics across time zones and across remote environments
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Assess candidates’ technical capabilities and potential for success in a fast-moving remote environment
• Evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting
• Represent Constructor as a thoughtful and enthusiastic brand ambassador in candidate interactions
