Constructor is a next-generation ecommerce search and discovery platform that uses AI to optimize revenue. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and product roles across global time zones.

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and report on recruiting metrics while joining a fully remote team that values empathy and continuous improvement.
