Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead the global TA strategy from a remote base. You will shape sustainable recruiting practices across regions, align with business goals, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, partnering with hiring leaders, and driving KPIs for quality and compliance. A senior leader with 15+ years in TA and Lean/Six Sigma expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent global Talent Acquisition experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on global strategies and operations.
• Proven track record implementing and optimizing technology platforms for Talent Acquisition.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with high employee engagement.

• Lead the strategy and execution of the global Talent Acquisition function.
• Develop and implement sustainable Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Standardize Talent Acquisition processes and vendor systems across all regions.
• Champion a people-first approach to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators to improve service quality and compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
