Job summary

Solventum is seeking a People Experience Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our global TA function. You will drive standardized processes, governance, and analytics across regions, partnering with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact talent acquisition.

This role sits in a remote, global capacity with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and leadership development.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations.
Strong understanding of global TA compliance across multiple regions.
Proven track record implementing and optimizing technology platforms for recruitment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape Solventum's Talent Acquisition global function and center of excellence.
Develop governance, analytics, and processes to support scalable hiring across regions.
Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance and stakeholders to align systems and policy.
Provide dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights to leadership.
Coach and develop a high-performing, globally distributed TA team.
