This leadership role will drive standardized processes, governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Finance, and HR to scale our talent capabilities globally.

You will empower TA professionals, hiring managers, and executives with tools and insights while ensuring compliance and exceptional candidate experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Global talent strategy and operations leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance to align systems and processes.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to drive decisions on performance and spend.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global labor laws.
