Job summary

Solventum seeks a People Experience Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of the global TA function. This senior role drives standardized processes, stakeholder collaboration, and a best-in-class candidate experience across regions.

You will build a center of excellence, oversee governance, analytics, and technology enablement, and ensure compliance with laws while fostering a high-performing, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in Talent Acquisition with global scope and compliance.
• Proven leadership of global TA teams and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Talent Acquisition strategy and center of excellence.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and policy development for TA.
• Drive workforce analytics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance and HR to scale TA systems.
• Develop leadership and training programs for global TA teams.
