Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a small, high-performing global team that hires at high volume and high speed.

You will set the strategy, own the metrics, and roll up your sleeves when needed. You will partner with leaders across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India, leveraging AI to make recruiting faster, fairer, and measurably better. You will drive global TA strategy, build a KPI framework, manage budgets, and shape scalable recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years leading TA teams (Director level or higher).
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high requisition volume.
• Direct experience recruiting in NA (US/Canada/Mexico) and India; market differences understood.
• Clear KPIs and performance-management approach with coaching outcomes.
• Experience in agency and corporate recruiting, and using AI to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead global TA strategy and operating plan for high-volume hiring.
• Develop and coach a lean global recruiting team across North America and India.
• Define and monitor KPI framework (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
• Advance AI across recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting).
• Partner with Legal and People on compliance and local market practices.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships and ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Present TA strategy and results to executives and boards, with finance alignment.
