• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high requisition volume.
• Direct recruiting across North America and India, with market differences understood.
• Strong track record of accountability via performance metrics and KPIs.
• Demonstrated use of AI to enhance recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the global talent acquisition strategy and operating plan.
• Lead and develop a lean team of recruiters and sourcers across regions.
• Define and manage a KPI framework to assess recruiting effectiveness.
• Implement AI across the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency and quality.
• Adapt recruiting practices to local market conditions and compliance requirements.
