Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead the global TA strategy from a remote base. You will shape sustainable recruiting practices across regions, align with business goals, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, partnering with hiring leaders, and driving KPIs for quality and compliance. A senior leader with 15+ years in TA and Lean/Six Sigma expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent global Talent Acquisition experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on global strategies and operations.
• Proven track record implementing and optimizing technology platforms for Talent Acquisition.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with high employee engagement.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the strategy and execution of a global Talent Acquisition function across multiple regions. The position will shape sustainable recruiting practices that align with business goals while improving consistency, service quality, and compliance. It will also partner closely with hiring leaders and stakeholders to elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
