Job summary

Solventum is seeking a People Experience Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our global TA function, align with HR goals, and build scalable, compliant processes that support growth.

You’ll partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and HR to optimize systems, analytics, and candidate experience while leading a high-performing, diverse team.

This is a remote, global role with potential APAC/China base options and requires a proactive, data-driven leader and deep knowledge of talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience globally.
• Experience establishing global TA strategies.
• Experience implementing and optimizing technology platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, globally dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition Global Center of Excellence.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition operations, governance, and policies.
• Provide workforce hiring analytics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliant, scalable TA processes across regions.
• Drive vendor management and technology enablement for TA teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global TA team.
