Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing global team that hires rapidly and at scale.

You will set strategy, own metrics, and dive in on critical searches across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India, leveraging AI to make recruiting faster, fairer, and more effective. You will develop the global TA operating plan, manage the budget, and drive KPI-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading TA teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high requisition volume.
• Direct experience recruiting in North America and India.
• Clear point of view on performance management with measurable KPIs.
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting.
• Demonstrable AI-driven improvements in recruiting outcomes.
• Strong relationship skills with senior leaders.
• Fluency with ATS and recruiting analytics.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience building/rebuilding a recruiting operating model.

Responsibilities

• Own the global TA strategy and operating plan balancing speed, quality, and cost across high volumes.
• Lead and develop a lean team of recruiters and sourcers across NA and India; set expectations and prioritize.
• Define and run a KPI framework and act on insights.
• Build and apply AI across the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage recruiting in US, Canada, Mexico, and India with compliance considerations.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with executives and People leadership on intake, workforce planning, and budgeting.
• Lead the TA operating rhythm with regular reviews and executive reporting.
