Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence across boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diplomacy in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program, driving updates to keep it competitive, relevant, and scalable.
• Identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
• Partner with enablement teams to ensure Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are fully equipped to leverage the program.
• Maintain engagement with Zoom Partners to surface insights shaping program direction.
• Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end with corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Channel Sales Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs reflecting program health and impact.
