Job summary

Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based at Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US. You will own end-to-end executive recruitment, lead research to identify top talent, and guide interview processes from kickoff to offer.

You will collaborate with compensation to structure offers and manage an expansive executive pipeline. The role requires at least 10 years in executive recruitment, including SVP/C-suite placements, with strong advisory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
No immigration sponsorship or support for CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B or related programs.
Experience in executive search firms or corporate environments preferred.
Experience recruiting across industrial/manufacturing functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end executive recruitment processes and searches.
Lead kickoff calls, define strategy and success profiles with hiring teams.
Oversee research to build executive talent pipelines and market insights.
Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates for fit and readiness.
Partner with hiring and compensation on offer design and negotiation.
