Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization’s global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement.

This role drives partner-influenced growth and equips sales teams with the resources to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate combines leadership, sales strategy, enablement, and partner management with strong executive communication to accelerate revenue growth across regions and product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, channel management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, initiatives, or teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities via data-driven analysis and define success metrics.
• Own enablement strategy for internal sales teams and partner organizations.
• Lead a team of Partner Managers supporting regions and verticals.
• Coordinate partner engagement across regions and business units.
