Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead site-level reliability programs and drive asset performance across its global manufacturing network. You will translate the SEMP framework into site plans, mentor reliability engineers, and coordinate with maintenance teams during multi-site engagements.

The role requires hands-on analysis, RCFA investigations, PM optimization, and data reporting. Travel to domestic and international sites is expected to advance standardization and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on condition monitoring technologies experience.
• CMMS experience for asset management and PM planning.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework across sites.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans based on RCM and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment including vibration, oil, thermography inspections.
• Conduct Tribo Scorecard and lubrication improvement plans.
• Lead RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Maintain asset data in MicroMain CMMS and build failure libraries.
