Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement across its global manufacturing and distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on condition monitoring and PM optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment and Tribo program activities.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build asset maintenance task lists and failure mode libraries.
• Coordinate with site teams to standardize fleet PM and spare strategies.
• Report PMR, OEE and reliability metrics to leadership.
