Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability or asset management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on CMMS and PM planning experience.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization and RCA methods.
• Experience leading multiple site engagements concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization across sites.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound).
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain failure mode libraries and maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Perform fleet management assessments and standardize PMs.
• Contribute to network benchmarking and lifecycle interventions.
• Support capital replacement planning with site inputs.
• Coordinate with OT/Automation teams to integrate monitoring sensors.
• Coach and develop Reliability Engineers at sites.
