Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to drive reliability improvement programs across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

You will translate policy into site-level projects, lead RCFA investigations, and guide maintenance teams through structured improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on reliability engineering and program management, with travel to domestic and international sites, reporting to the Director, Global Reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with condition monitoring: vibration, oil analysis, thermography, etc.
• Experience with CMMS for asset management, PM planning, work orders.
• RCFA and root-cause failure analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using the ERA reliability framework across manufacturing sites and DC facilities.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans using RCM principles and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment: vibration routes, oil sampling, thermography, ultrasound.
• Conduct Tribo Scorecard assessments and track Tribo standards.
• Lead RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries and maintenance task lists in CMMS.
