Newell Brands seeks a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across manufacturing sites and distribution centers in its global network.

You will translate policy into site-level programs, perform asset criticality assessments, and drive KPIs such as PM optimization and RCFA. You will mentor reliability engineers, manage multiple workstreams, and travel to sites domestically and internationally to ensure consistent policy execution and tangible asset performance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring & CMMS technologies.

Mansioni

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization across sites and DCs.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment including vibration, oil, thermography, and ultrasound programs.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Manage fleet-level PM standardization and spare parts strategy.
• Develop reliability analytics dashboards and site coaching for reliability engineers.
