Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment across sites.
• Drive RCFA investigations and maintain failure mode libraries.
• Manage concurrent reliability improvement projects across 4-8 sites.
