Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to drive the Global Reliability program across 40+ manufacturing sites and 60 DCs. You will translate policy into site-level programs, lead RCFA investigations, and guide regional teams in PM optimization, condition monitoring, tribology, and KPI reporting.

You will coach engineers, collaborate with ERA/AI teams, and travel to domestic and international sites to ensure consistency and execution of reliability improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of reliability/maintenance experience.
• Hands-on with condition monitoring, RCFA, and PM optimization.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (MicroMain) and CMMS data quality.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and failure analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization using ERA framework.
• Deploy condition monitoring programs and Tribo program at assigned sites.
• Lead RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Develop and maintain asset failure libraries and maintenance tasks.
• Execute fleet management assessments and standardize PM across sites.
• Support data analytics dashboards and reliability KPI reporting.
• Coach site teams and build reliability ownership on the floor.
• Travel domestically and internationally to sites for program execution.
• Manage multiple reliability improvement projects across 4–8 sites.
