Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

You will translate policy into site-level programs, perform RCFA investigations, and drive PM optimization and condition monitoring initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Global Reliability, you will mentor site reliability engineers, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with ERAs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance/asset management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies: vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography.
• Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management, PM planning, and work order execution.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple site engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level reliability assessments using the ERA framework.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans using RCM principles.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment at assigned sites.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries in CMMS.
• Manage concurrent reliability improvement projects across 4–8 sites.
• Report site-level PMR, OEE, and condition monitoring metrics.
