Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Experience with management applications such as the Microsoft Suite of applications, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to develop SMEs.
• Provide feedback and direction to Global partners.
• Ensure SLAs are met and monitored.
• Communicate updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Assist with documentation buildout, updates, and organization.
• Align workflows for global DC/QC teams with internal SOPs.
• Oversee change management initiatives and policy oversight for the Global team.
• Address escalated client/requester/interdepartmental issues.
• Support leadership to establish SLAs, monthly targets, OT parameters, and workforce management.
• Meet with Global partners and internal leaders to review performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure access to essential applications/reporting and terminate contractor access on departure.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
