Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a People Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations for a globally distributed team of about 135 employees across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and more. You will own employee lifecycle, HR systems, benefits, and multi-country compliance.

The role focuses on accurate execution in Justworks and Deel, partnering with the VP of People, and building data infrastructure and automation to scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people operations.
• Multi-country workforce experience.
• Justworks and Deel experience preferred.
• Strong data and AI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day people operations for a globally distributed team.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and system processes.
• Coordinate with EOR partners and manage compliance calendar.
• Lead reporting on headcount, attrition, and org data.
• Automate manual processes and apply AI to documentation and reporting.
