7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Head of People to build and lead the People function during rapid growth. You will own HR systems, processes, and the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, engagement, retention, and offboarding.

Partner with executives on organizational design, leveling, succession planning, and sensitive personnel matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR or People experience.
• 3+ years leading a People team or major HR sub-function.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting with difficult roles.
• Experience scaling a People function during growth.
• Experience with HRIS implementation, performance management, or compensation frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the People function to support headcount growth.
• Own HRIS, payroll coordination, ATS, and international payroll/immigration.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Analyze recruiting data to inform hiring strategies.
• Develop performance management and manager effectiveness practices.
• Own compensation philosophy and benefits across US and other geographies.
• Manage international employment via EOR arrangements.
• Ensure employment compliance across jurisdictions.
• Foster employee engagement, retention, and inclusion.
• Coordinate quarterly team events.
