Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Head of People to build and lead the People function through rapid growth. You will own HRIS, payroll, ATS operations, immigration, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle, spanning onboarding to offboarding and compliance across geographies.

You will partner with executives on organizational design, compensation planning, leveling, and succession. The role also drives engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance environment while expanding a growing People team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR or People experience.
• At least 3 years leading a People team or major HR sub-function.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience including technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the People function to support headcount growth.
• Own HRIS, payroll coordination, ATS, immigration processes, and employee lifecycle.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition strategy, pipeline, and candidate experience.
• Develop performance management practices and manager effectiveness.
