Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR/People Ops function, with scalable policies and processes.
• Own multi-state compliance for a remote US workforce.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits setup.
• Serve as primary HR resource to executives and managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Manage terminations in partnership with leadership and counsel.
• Oversee payroll administration and vendor relationships for HR systems.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, raises, and benchmarking.
