Job summary

Remote is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to technically implement multiple new customers of all sizes onto Remote's Global Payroll platform with accuracy and within agreed timescales. You will be reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Implementations.

You will own end-to-end implementation tasks, including gathering payroll data, configuring systems, coordinating parallel runs, reconciling taxes, and ensuring Go-Live readiness.

Qualifications

• Several years of Global Payroll Implementation experience with tax and payroll knowledge.
• Experience in technical implementation setup on local payroll software.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to set up payroll requirements on Remote’s platform.
• Analyze payroll needs and provide recommendations.
• Lead implementation of new customers, including data collection and setup.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and wage tax reconciliation.
• Ensure payroll setup complies with statutory regulations.
• Coordinate payroll Go-Live and handover to Operations.
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely communication.
• Assist with process documentation and internal improvements.
• Contribute to UAT testing and platform enhancements.
