Job summary

Remote is hiring a Global Payroll Country Lead to guide implementation across international teams. You will drive country-specific payroll strategies, oversee parallel runs, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with Sales, Ops and clients.

You bring extensive payroll experience in client environments, deep legislative knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role emphasizes asynchronous work and cross-border coordination within a fully remote, global company.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge for the relevant country.
• Payroll implementation experience and ability to explain payroll processes to customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the country/region.
• Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead and support hand-overs.
• Lead payroll implementation projects from inception through live payroll.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and SOPs for BAU.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and coordinate with internal teams.
