Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.

• Proficient in using SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll function across international markets.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and compliant with country regulations.
• Lead and mentor the Payroll Operations team.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs and SLA metrics.
