Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll and benefits processing experience.
• Global payroll experience; US/Canada payroll experience is a must.
• Payroll certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with UKG or similar in-house systems.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for salaried employees globally.
• Assist in year-end payroll across regions.
• Support reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and changes in payroll, retirement, benefits.
• Update payroll records for exemptions, benefits, deductions, transfers.
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll and benefits.
• Support general ledger reconciliations and vacation accruals.
• Stay current on global tax and regulatory changes.
