Datasite is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, timely payroll operations across the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, and Brazil. You will partner with Accounting, HR, Treasury, and external providers to ensure compliance and data integrity.

The role oversees a payroll team, drives process improvements, and ensures payroll governance with strong cross‑functional collaboration. Remote work options exist, with hybrid requirements in Minneapolis.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience including multi-state U.S. and international payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or human resources (or related field).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required.
• Demonstrated experience leading payroll professionals, including global/remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, taxation, reconciliations, controls, and compliance.
