The ideal candidate has years in regional or global payroll, strong process controls, and a proactive mindset. You will drive cross‑functional projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver exceptional client support worldwide.

Qualifications

• Several years in regional or global payroll operations.
• Solid knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver payroll with precision: meet deadlines and stay within accuracy targets.
• Own Zendesk queue with 24-hour ticket handling.
• Manage SOPs and internal resources across teams.
• Provide cross-team training and mentorship across departments.
• Lead global testing, projects and cross-functional engagement.
• Support clients globally with proactive communication.
