Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across a complex, multi-entity organization with direct ownership of US and Canada payroll. This fully remote role within the US partners closely with People, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, tax compliance, and year-end activities, as well as overseeing global payroll vendors and driving process improvements while supporting expansion into new states

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with deep U.S. payroll regulation knowledge.
• Experience with Workday, advanced Excel, and global payroll vendor oversight.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with discretion handling sensitive data.
